Who are we?
La Maison de l’Image (LaMI) is a non-profit association established at 249 chaussée de Wemmel, 1090 Jette (Brussels).
We assume the role of Data Security Officer (DPO), who can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Your profile information
Your personal data are recorded when you register for our activities. These registrations are made on our website, on your own initiative, or by the administrator from whom you have requested your registration.
The data recorded are :
- Your email address.
- Your name and first name.
- Your phone number.
Access to your data
Your profile is accessible by logging in on the login page: delamaisondelimage.be/wp-login.php. Click on “Profile” in the black column on the left.
The username and password are chosen by the site when you first register: they are sent to you by email.
In your profile, you can modify the following information:
- last name;
- first name;
- public name (although it is not shown on the site);
- email address;
- phone number;
- social network pages;
- biographical information;
How we use your information
Your information is used to:
- manage registrations for our events;
- create a mailing list to keep you informed of our activities.
This data is not shared with other sites, companies or institutions.
Your data is kept until you request its removal: send an email to email@example.com.
The site and our address book are hosted by OVH and benefit from all the infrastructure meeting the European RGPD directives.
In case of a security breach, you will be notified within 72 hours.
Access to your profile is secured by a password imposed by the site when you first register. It is then customizable.
This password is encrypted: the site administrators cannot communicate it to you if you forget it. Use the password recovery procedure.
Cookies” are small information files stored in your browser. Most web sites use them to facilitate your navigation and improve your comfort.
This site uses a minimum of cookies, for example to keep you logged in to the site after you have logged in.
